We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

  • Standard Items: Most of our products are available for delivery across the entire UK, including the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland.

  • Bulky or Specific Items: Certain heavy or oversized items (such as specific cat litter products) may be restricted to Mainland UK only due to carrier limitations.

  • Check at Checkout: If an item cannot be delivered to your specific location, this will be automatically indicated at checkout. If you have any questions regarding delivery to your area, please contact us.

2. Delivery Rates & Costs

We believe in fair and simple pricing:

  • FREE Standard UK Delivery on all orders over £49.

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of £3.99 applies to orders under £49.

  • No Heavy Item Surcharges: We do not charge extra for bulky items within their eligible delivery zones. The price you see at checkout is the final price.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, your items typically arrive within 3-5 business days.

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates. During peak seasonal periods or bank holidays, slight delays may occur.

As soon as your order is on its way, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your parcel's journey directly to your door.

Because PawsBank is a UK-managed service, there are no hidden customs charges, import duties, or surprise taxes for any UK orders. We take care of everything so you can shop with confidence.

6. Missing or Damaged Items
